Description
Gigaopto’s GA-Q10-4S10-0P5M is 40G QSFP+ to 4x10G SFP+ breakout Active Optical Cable assembly (AOC), compliant with the IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4,IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-SR,SFF-8431 and SFF-8436 standards. The length is up to 100 meters using OM3 MMF. Digital diagnostics functions are available via an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA.
It provides a connection of a 40G QSFP+ port on one end and to four 10G SFP+ ports on the other end and is suitable for quick and simple connections within racks and across adjacent racks.
