Dual Rate QSFP-100/112G-ER4 40km For 100G Ethernet 100G Telecom Connections Infiniband QDR and DDR Interconnects





This QSFP-100/112G-ER4 QSFP28 Dual Rate Optical Transceiver Module is designed for use in 100GBASE Ethernet and 4x28G OTN client interfaces.

The module has four independent electrical input/output channels operating up to 25.78Gbps/27.95Gbps per channel. This 100/112G dual rate transceiver consists of transmitter/receiver units, with each operating on a set of 4 wavelengths on the ITU G.694.1 LAN-WDM grid near 1310nm. The transmitter path of the module incorporates 4-channel EMLs and 4-channel modulator driver. On the receiver path, 1-channel SOA, 4-channel PD arrays and 4-channel TIA arrays are used, along with the NRZ re-timer, which provides superior performance up to 40km over dual strand single mode fiber (SMF) via an duplex LC connector.

Taking BOX+FPC+PCBA separate design, it has great reliability, air tightness and heat dissipation performance.

Digital diagnostic functions are available through an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA, to allow access to real-time operating parameters.
