Description
Gigaopto’s GTS-L1596-40DI is a high performance, cost effective module, which supports Multi Rate 9.95 to 10.5Gbps, and transmission distance up to 40km on stand single mode fiber.
The module consists of 1550 EML Laser, InGaAs PIN and Preamplifier in a high-integrated optical sub-assembly. All module satisfy class 1 laser safety.
It is compliant with the SFF-8431,SFF-8432,10GFC,ITU-T G.691,10GBASE-ER/EW and IEEE 802.3ae.
Digital diagnostic monitoring(DDM/DOM) is available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472, which provides real-time monitoring of the transceiver temperature, laser bias current, optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage.
The 10G ER-I transceiver is used in industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and can work in harsh industrial environments, such as telecommunication, data processing and management, the application of industrial and factory automation, outdoor applications, rail and intelligent transportation systems (ITSs), marine, oil and gas, mining etc.
