SFP-10G-SR Optical Transceiver Module MMF 850nm 300m LC DOM





The 850nm 10Gbps transceiver is SFP+ housing module for duplex optical data communications such as 10GBASE-SR and 10GBASE-SW.

It supports up to 400m link lengths over OM4 MMF (300m over OM3 MMF) via an LC duplex connector.

The 10G SR transceiver consists of two sections, the transmitter section uses a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitted Laser driver (VCSEL) and is a Class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825, the receiver section uses a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA).

This SFP-10G-SR transceiver is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432, IEEE 802.3-2012 10GBASE-SR/SW and 10G Fibre Channel. It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472.

Featuring low power consumption and high speed, this 10G SFP+ transceiver is ideal for data centers, enterprise wiring closets, service provider transport applications, Radio & Base-band Units, etc

Each transceiver is 100% optically inspected and tested for reliability, interoperability and compatibility before shipping.
