Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-B4312-20DC optical transceiver is a single fiber bi-direction 1000Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP BIDI module for Gigabit Ethernet 1000BASE-BX and Fiber Channel single fiber applications by using 1310nm/1490nm transmitter and 1490nm/1310nm receiver. This 1000BASE-BX SFP module is high-performance, cost-effective, supporting data rate of 1.25Gbps and 20km transmission distance with single-mode fiber (SMF) via simplex LC connector.
It supports digital diagnostic monitoring function that allows real time access to the transceiver operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser bias current, transmitted optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage by reading a built-in memory with I²C interface.
This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-BX20 and SERDES standard.
