Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-B3512-10DC transceiver series is small form factor pluggable (SFP) module for Gigabit Ethernet
1000BASE-BX and Fiber Channel single fiber applications. The 1000BASE-BX BiDi SFP module provides 1.25Gb/s throughput up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using 1310nm/1550nm transmitter and 1550nm/1310nm receiver.
The transceiver’s electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Simplex LC connector.
This bi-directional unit of the 1000BASE-BX BiDi SFP module must be used with another transceiver or network equipment of complementary wavelengths. It provides 1000BASE Ethernet connectivity options for Fast Ethernet, Telecom and Data Centers.
