Description

The GIGAOPTO's GTS-L1312-40DC SFP transceiver supports the data rate of up to 1.25Gbps and the transmission distance of 40km SMF. This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well 1310nm laser. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. All of this SFP series modules meets the levelⅠlaser safety requirements, and they can be applied in 1.25Gbps optical systems and Gigabit Ethernet, etc.
